Introduction
00I build systems that work under pressure. Algorithms, operations, teams. Most of my career was spent scaling a delivery company from startup to $12B valuation, running routing, ETA, and pricing products across 9 countries. Now I consult on product strategy and AI automation for companies figuring out how to make their operations smarter.

01""I care about whether the system actually works, not just whether it's technically correct.""
I spent almost 5 years at a rapid-delivery company that grew from early stage to $12B valuation. I joined to build the water delivery vertical from scratch. Ended up leading the algorithms tribe: routing, ETA, pricing, workforce planning. 35 engineers, PMs and analysts, 9 countries, 500,000 orders a day.
The problems I worked on sat at the intersection of optimization and reality. Solvers that found "optimal" routes for constraints that didn't reflect the real world. Couriers gaming metrics. ETAs that looked good in dashboards but failed customers. I learned to care less about elegant solutions and more about whether the system actually worked for the people using it.
Now I consult on product strategy and AI automation. I help companies figure out what to build, how to measure it, and how to make their operations more intelligent without overengineering. I write about systems, operations, and the gap between what models predict and what actually happens.
